Stephanie Hensen Dittmer, ArtsPharmacy Founder
Stephanie Hensen Dittmer is a senior cultural-sector leader known for her creative, entrepreneurial approach to philanthropy, partnerships and institutional growth. A strategic relationship builder and trusted broker, she is driven by a deep belief in the civic and social value of arts and culture - and in the communities they serve.
After 20 years in senior roles at leading UK institutions including the Royal Shakespeare Company, Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, Donmar Warehouse and the Philharmonia Orchestra, she now advises artists, boards, and cultural organisations across the UK and US.
Her work focuses on strategy that grows brand, income and impact through partnerships, philanthropy, and values-led engagement.
She is a regular contributor and speaker on philanthropy, and additionally advises families, individuals, and corporations on philanthropic giving and impact strategy.
She is also a producer of film, theatre and immersive storytelling projects, and the creator of the upcoming THE GIVERS podcast, launching in 2027.
